It appears that actress Lindsay Lohan will not be charged for theft stemming from allegations that she stole another woman’s clothing.
The district attorney’s office refused to file felony grand theft charges against the star due to lack of evidence.
According to the woman who made the allegations, Lohan visited her apartment while she was away, wherein she walked off with several items of clothing the woman owned.
The courts decided not to file theft charges, however, when it became known that a housesitter for the woman have invited Lohan over and given her some clothing.
Because of inconclusive evidence against the starlet, the charges have been rejected.
There has been no word from Lohan’s camp about the allegations as yet.
