OJ Simpson has been charged with 8 felonies including kidnapping!
Tuesday’s charges differ from the original six against Simpson at the time he was booked into jail on Sunday, with prosecutors on Tuesday announcing that they had added felony kidnapping with a deadly weapon.
If convicted, he could face up to 30 years in prison on each robbery count.
Three of Simpson’s co-defendants were also charged with the same felonies, as well as with a misdemeanor charge of conspiracy to commit a crime.
The charges include conspiracy to commit a kidnapping, kidnapping with use of a deadly weapon, burglary with use of a deadly weapon, robbery with use of a deadly weapon, assault with use of a deadly weapon and coercion with use of a deadly weapon.
At Wednesday morning’s hearing, projected to last approximately five minutes, bail is likely to be discussed. Simpson, considered a flight risk, is currently on a “no bail” hold.
Let’s hope OJ’s sorry thieving, murdering ass is going to jail this time. You know the families of his victims are doing a victory dance right about now.
