Orlando Bloom is under investigation

 

The LAPD is investigating that little car incident involving Orlando Bloom last week, and they’re not so sure it wasn’t a hit and run. While Orlando did eventually face up to the accident, his original intention was to walk away. It wasn’t until the paparazzi advised him that it was in his best interests to stick around that he finally did so. - and X17 caught him walking away on video.
