He follows Britney around and alerts the paps. Anyway, he was on his motorcycle chasing her when she hit him, throwing him off the bike. Though it?s not known for sure what exactly is wrong with this idiot, we do know that it?s kind of serious. Really, I have no sympathy for Britney, everyone knows she?s a crappy driver.
