Paris is Out of the Pokey

Paris was released from jail this morning in the wee hours. Her parents, Rick and Kathy, picked her up in a black SUV. Paris waved to the hoards of paparazzi and got in the car without saying a word.

“She fulfilled her debt. She was obviously in good spirits. She thanked people as she left,” said sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore.

TMZ is reporting Paris lost about ten pounds and had to change clothes in a “rancid-smelling” restroom. As her family exited the scene they were swarmed by Paparazzi.

In related news, a Fox reporter suggested Paris problem stems from poor supervision. Jonathan Hunt said the Hiltons “might want to take a look at how they raised their daughter.
