TMZ is reporting Paris Hilton will attend her court appearance over the phone.

And don’t bother showing near Paris’ house without press credentials, LAPD are turning people away!

Paris is probably at home reading a script and practicing her crying voice.

Update: TMZ is also reporting a battle is waging over the decision to allow Paris to phone it in! Do stay tuned.

What a shit storm, Paris is so screwed.
