Pete Doherty is the Luckiest Junkie Ever

Once again Pete Doherty has a get out of jail free card. Though the 28 year old junkie was arrested Monday, he was released without being charged because authorities were late getting to court.

Looks like Doherty got one more last chance. Last month a judge threatened to throw his ass in the slammer if he was arrested one more time.
