In a sobering turn of events, Lane Garrison was charged with drunken driving and manslaughter on Thursday. The sentence stemmed from a car crash Garrison caused last year where a 17-year-old boy who was riding with him was killed.
There are multiple charges against Garrison, including three felony charged, one being vehicular manslaughter while driving under the influence. He was also charged on a misdemeanor count of furnishing alcohol to a minor.
If convicted, Garrison can expect to be sentenced for up to 6 years and 8 months in prison. His arraignment has been postponed until April 11 however, and he was released on $100,000 bail.
Right now, the judge has banned Garrison from drinking alcohol and going to bars, and he’s not allowed to contact victims or witnesses of the crash.
Garrison played David “Tweener” Apolskis on Prison Break until his character was killed off in an episode last year.
