Roundup: Scarlett Johansson & Ryan Reynolds Engaged

So I was looking for today’s top story and this appears to be it. Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds are engaged and we’re ever so happy about it.

Here’s the roundup:

• Pop Crunch doesn’t have much in the way of details, but they do have rep confirmation.
• People.com says pretty much the same thing but in a more long winded way. Oh and look, their friends are giving their blessing. Can you say wedding of the year?
• A jealous Perez Hlton writes up the same lame rep quote…which means there are absolutely no new details, no ring pictures and no quotes except regarding how thrilled they are. If you ask me, it would be news if they weren’t thrilled. I mean really, with the exception of maybe Katie Holmes, wouldn’t be thrilled upon getting engaged?
• Gawker sounds a little skeptical of a long-lasting union.
• The Associated Press gives us two lame paragraphs telling us nothing we don’t already know.
• iVillage throws in a line or two about Ryan’s latest movie as filler.
