Teri Hatcher Sued
Teri Hatcher is being sued by Hydroderm Skincare after they claimed they paid her $2.5 million to tout their products, but she also pimped other skin care products – in violation of her contract. Sweet.
“Hatcher’s name, image and likeness have been linked to so many competitors’ products (at least 17!) that it is anyone’s guess as to what product keeps her skin and lips youthful,” read the court papers.
Hydroderm calls Hatcher’s behavior “willful, oppressive, fraudulent and malicious.” Some of her co-stars say the same thing about her!
In addition to the $2.4 million they say Teri was paid, the company is seeking unspecified damages, plus attorneys fees and costs.
Sounds like a hell of a case. Let’s see how much they settle for.
