Already on probation for drug-related charges, Tom Sizemore was again arrested Tuesday morning outside a Bakersfield hotel for possession of methamphetamine.
The 45-year old actor was sitting outside the Four Points Sheraton hotel when police arrested him after finding drugs in his vehicle.
Police were originally called to the hotel when an employee reported a man who attempted to fight the employee as he was trying to check in. The dispute was over whether the man had a reservation.
When officers arrived on the scene during the early hours of Tuesday morning, police found the man, Jason Salcido, to be an acquaintance of Sizemore’s. Salcido was found carrying a “narcotic smoking pipe” and, after a background check, was found to be on parole.
When police discovered Sizemore sitting outside the hotel in his vehicle, they searched the car and discovered additional pipes and methamphetamine.
Sizemore was promptly arrested and booked at the Kern County Jail pending further investigation.
