Valerine Bertinelli, America’s sweetheart, admitted to Oprah Winfrey that she and Eddie Van Halen cheated on each other.
“I cheated,” Valerie told Oprah on an episode to air Feb. 25. “He claims to this day that I cheated first, but I don’t know. I don’t know about the timing.” I guess that would tear apart a marriage.
Valerie is promoting her book, Losing It: And Gaining My Life Back One Pound at a Time. Among Valerie’s anecdotes is her history with Steven Spielberg. “I went up to read for Raiders of the Lost Ark which I was so wrong for and the next day I got a call and some flowers … he asked me out. We went out a few times … And did more.”
Wow. Props to both Oprah and Valerie. Way to create a buzz. Ratings and sales should be through the roof.
