Whoa. Did Miley Cyrus tell her makeup artist she’s only 15? This look is way too grownup for her. If I left my house looking that way when I was her age, my mom would have sent me right back up the stairs to wash half of it off. Then my dad would send me upstairs to wash off the other half.
Billy Ray you can’t keep talking about your daughter being a role model and all those values you have when you allow her to leave the house looking like a hooker.
Sorry Miley. Please go back to the more age-appropriate you.
