Zac Efron is being treated for an appendicitis. Details are sketchy but Zac’s rep issued the following statement:

"Zac had his appendix removed and is recuperating."

It could be a whole lot worse. While appendectomies aren’t the most comfortable procedures in the world, they’re fairly common place and healing only takes a matter of weeks. We wish Zac a speedy recovery!
